Consultation
Times
The doctors are regularly available for consultations between Monday to Friday
9.00 - 11.00am and 4.00 - 6.00pm. We do however vary surgery times to suit patient
demand and add extra appointments when necessary.
Out of
Hours Care
The practice
belongs to a group of local family doctors called SOLIDOC who provide an emergency
service in the evenings and at weekends. The service operates each Monday to
Friday from 6.30pm to 8.00am and at weekends. This service is strictly for urgent
medical problems which cannot wait until the surgery is open again.
If you require this service ring the surgery in the normal way and the out-of-hours
telephone number will be given to you via the ansaphone. You may be asked to
travel to the Primary Care Centre which is located within Solihull Hospital,
if that seems appropriate. NHS Direct is available on 0845 4647 for 24 hour advice.
The out-of hours telephone number
is 0845 113 0004.
CONTACTING
